Shipping/Order Processing

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with orders being dispatched to the courier Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed and dispatched to the courier the next working day.  

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been processed.   

While we do everything to ensure your order is delivered within the time frame we have no control over any delay, loss or damaged incurred as a result of the shipping carrier and cannot be held accountable.  Nor are we accountable for undelivered orders due to an incorrect delivery address provided to us.
